Is this a pet-friendly serviced residence?
Yes. Small size pets are permitted in the residence. Charges apply. Other terms and conditions will apply should you wish to bring along your pet, so please check with the property when making the reservations.
What is the voltage and power plug type in the aparment?
220V/240V, 50 Hz. The power plug in the apartments are standard three-pronged square pin type socket.

How many occupants are permitted in each residence?
Our serviced residence is available for single occupancy or more. The number of residents depends strictly on the category of the apartment selected:
One Bedroom: Covers 2 occupants, Maximum 3
Two Bedroom: Covers 4 occupants, Maximum 5
Three Bedroom Deluxe: Covers 5 occupants; Maximum 6 occupants
Three Bedroom Executive: Covers 6 occupants; Maximum 7 occupants
Three Bedroom Premier: Covers 6 occupants, Maximum 7
Additonal occupant will be charged at SGD55 nett per night.
The occupant numbers refers to maximum number of persons permitted in respective apartment types, regardless of age of occupant.
Are baby cots available?
Yes, baby cots are available upon request and subject to availability
Do you have wireless internet access in the residence?
Do you allow parties in the residence?
To maintain a conducive and safe environment for our residents, parties are prohibited within the apartments. The property has function spaces available for rent should you wish to organise a gathering.
What type of television channels do you provide?
We provide over 60 TV channels ranging from World News, Sports, Entertainment, Education/Lifestyle and Children programmes. Charges will apply for additional channels.
Do you provide adaptors?
Yes, adaptors are available upon request.
Do you provide transformers?
Yes, transformers are available upon request.
Do you have non-smoking residences and what is the smoking policy?
We do not have non-smoking designated residences. However, the residences are thoroughly refreshed before each check-in.
Smoking is prohibited within the property's public areas.
What type of newspapers do you provide?
The Straits Times, Business Times, LianHe Zaobao International Herald Tribune, Asian Wall Street Journal, Asahi Shimbun and Nikkei Shimbun. All are available for in-room subscription, charges apply.

The Hub offers dining options by the pool or at the outdoor terrace (alfresco seating available)

What are the opening hours of the gymnasium and outdoor swimming pool?
The gymnasium and outdoor swimming pool are open daily.
The opening hours as follow:
Outdoor Swimming Pool: 6.30am to 10.00pm
Do you provide laundry services?
All our apartments come with a laundry area equipped with washer and dryer. We also provide professional laundry services which will be chargeable.
Is in-room dining available?
Yes, in-room dining is available from 11.30am to 9.00pm from The Hub.
Is babysitting service available?
Yes, babysitting service is available upon request and charges will apply.
Does the serviced residence have child-friendly facilities?
Yes. The property has the following leisure amenities for children:
- Indoor children's playroom and outdoor children's playground
- Children's wading pool
Do you have parking facilities?
Yes. Residents are entitled to register one vehicle per apartment. Parking charges will apply for any additional vehicles.
Where is the nearest MRT station and how do I purchase the MRT cards?
The nearest MRT station is Clarke Quay Station and Dhoby Ghaut Station. Both are within a 15-minute walk from the property.
MRT cards can be purchased at the stations and can be used on trains and public buses.
How much would it cost to take a taxi from the airport to the property?
It costs approximately SGD25 to get to the property from the airport. A 50% surcharge applies from midnight to 5.59am.
Where can I eat?
The Hub, serves all-day dining after breakfast hours at the property. In-room dining is also available and the last order is at 9.00pm.
The vicinity also offers a wide selection of restaurants, alfresco dining, chic cafes and pubs. Alternatively, hop on to our convenient shuttles to get to major shopping destinations in town.
Are there any halal certified eateries nearby?
Malls and establishments in the vicinity offer halal choices. There are also halal restaurants located at Clarke Quay, which is within walking distance from the property.
